I was born in country of Trinidad and Tobago One country two island  but spent the better part of my youth in Trinidad which is the larger of the two. My family was very poor my parents struggle to keep all nine of us fed, in my early days of growing up I always take care of my body, there were times when all I will eat was fruits and be content. My thought, was back then if the animals and birds survive with only fruits well I could too, don’t get me wrong I was still not eating a proper diet because in that society all we know is if it moves eat it. But all and all we had an abundance of fruits, and I was having fun. Then I grew up and left home and had to make it on my own which was a struggle at times, but I made. All my life I new something has change because I never got sick as a child or in my youth and in my adult life, I got married at thirty-one and have the best that life could offer as a companion. Its hard to explain what type of person my wife is because there are no words in the dictionary to describe her, all I would say is (perfect) that’s my wife. We have two girls of our own and is parent  to three other children.

I was always intrigue with healthy living and how the body works and what keeps us going for so long, so one day I was going through an email and found Holistic Health Educators and found myself back in school studying about the human anatomy and what cause disease and what cure them. So, after some long nights and longer days and flights, I did get my certifications in Therapeutic Nutritional Counselor and Holistic Health Coach. Now my moto is Organ Replace not Organ Removed.
